I allow that that part confuses me somewhat. If I had left things alone, I suppose I could understand, but I haven't. So what does that mean? Will the prophecy be invalidated? Or will the master's whelp fulfill it as though he really were that bastard's own spawn? Of course, I have no idea if he'll even go after him. He might go after the other brat, who knows?
I can always hope, right? It does not matter. If the new son of my best friend should not be the one, I shall simply attempt to kill him myself later. Perhaps leave the corpse as a present for my master without the changes I wrought in that whelp's body. I find it inordinately amusing that it is a fifty-fifty chance that my master will attempt to kill his own son based on what little information he has. If I'm lucky, I'll get to be there when it happens.
